1. Description of the Service
Task Clarity is an AI-powered productivity tool designed to help users improve task clarity by analyzing task descriptions, identifying missing information, and generating clarifying questions.
The Service may include web-based and browser extension functionality.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity under applicable law to use the Service.
By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account using your email and password.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- all activities performed under your account
- notifying us promptly of any unauthorized access
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, abuse, fraud, or security risks.
4. Subscription and Payments
The Service may offer:
- a free tier with limited usage
- paid subscriptions with recurring billing

Payments are processed by Polar.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:
- billing may renew automatically unless canceled
- cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle
- pricing may change with prior notice
- refunds are subject to applicable law and payment provider policies
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
- interfere with the availability or integrity of the Service
- submit malicious code, spam, or abusive content
- use the Service to generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content
We reserve the right to suspend access for violations.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of the content, prompts, and task descriptions you submit to the Service.
By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process, transmit, and analyze such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
We do not claim ownership over your submitted content.
7. AI Output Disclaimer
The Service uses artificial intelligence and automated processing.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading
- generated results are provided for informational purposes only
- outputs should not be treated as legal, financial, medical, or professional advice
- you are solely responsible for verifying and using the results
We do not guarantee correctness, completeness, or reliability of outputs.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, branding, interface design, and underlying systems, remain the property of Task Clarity.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, or exploit the Service except as permitted by law.
9. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
We make no warranties, express or implied, including regarding:
- uninterrupted availability
- accuracy of outputs
- fitness for a particular purpose
- compatibility with all browsers or systems
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

- loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- service interruptions or downtime
- reliance on AI-generated output
- third-party provider failures

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kazakhstan.
Any disputes shall be resolved under applicable laws of Kazakhstan.
